For your convenience, we offer you several methods to pay your order.

Cash on Delivery / Charge

This method is available only for orders to be delivered in Bulgaria. We deliver to anywhere in Bulgaria.

When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping cost and provide expected delivery date based on your order and the chosen delivery method.

Orders within Bulgaria are shipped with Econt Express. Expect your delivery within 5 business days (unless another period is specified in the product description).

Please note that the shipping cost is calculated based on weight and volume, whichever is greater. This policy is imposed by courier companies.

When shipping the order you pay the amount due to the courier.

The shipping cost is not included in your order total and is paid separately.

With this shipping method YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL APLICABLE SHIPPING FEES when your order is delivered.

Bank payment

By choosing this method, you pay your order to an UltraLight.bg account. Upon completion of the order, our bank details will be sent to you. The order will be executed upon receipt of the transfer, and upon delivery you do not owe any additional charge to the courier regarding the value of the product you choose. You pay only the courier service price!

Payment through PayPal.com

You can also pay via the PayPal.com system We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, AmEx, and more. By choosing this method, you will be transferred to the PayPal.com site where you will make your payment with a credit or debit card issued by a Bulgarian or a foreign bank. When shipping the goods, you do not owe anything to the courier regarding the value of the product you choose. You pay only the courier service price!

Guide for Ordering Lighting through the UltraLight.bg website

There are several different fields on the UltraLight.bg home page:

1. Main menu At the top of the site is the main menu of the different product categories.

- Each major category includes all products in the individual subcategories

- Moving a mouse over a certain category will display a subcategory and price, manufacturer, and other criteria.

- In the New Products category you will find the latest products added to the site

2. Cart The Cart field shows the quantity and total value of the products added. You can open it by hitting it. In the shopping cart you can view the products you choose. To order, you must click the Order button.

3. Search In the Search box, you can search for products with certain keywords

4. At the top are the following links:

- Sign In / Sign Up - With this button, you can sign in or sign up if you do not have one.

- Profile - After signing up for the site, you can sign in to your profile page here

- Order - Details for old orders

- Purchase - Choose ways to purchase

- Promotions - Items with a promotional price

- Contact - UltraLight.bg contact form field

- Language change - language selection

5. An interactive banner shows the most up-to-date products in the center of the site.

6. At the bottom of the page, you can find more information about the site, find interesting links, ask questions, contact us via Skype, and sign up for news from us.

Ordering product (s) from the UltraLight.bg website is as easy as possible. After choosing a product (s) and adding it to your shopping cart, you need to register if you have not done so in advance. Registration is also very simple and completely free. It is obligatory in view of your convenience in future shopping with us. The registration data, which are strictly confidential, are used by us only as information about who and where to deliver the ordered product (s). You can register via the Register button at the top right of the site or during the order.

Once you've determined that everything is OK with your data, switch to a payment option. Your order ends when you click on the Buy button. If you pay by cash, we'll call you on the phone you've left us to contact to confirm your order.
